Another breezy day on the water for the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team. Fishing close to the Mangrove, with live shrimp under a popping cork, Capt. Josh fishing with Steve Willoughby and friend visiting Captiva from Wyoming boated some nice sea trout in the morning
Capts. Jim, Jimmy and Rob of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing team reported catches of sea trout and short red fish. Capt. Jim reported that the wind seemed to lay down some today from yesterday. Tonight's weather reports said only 15 knots tomorrow.  Low 80's and lots of Florida sunshine.

Capt Jim and Jimmy Burnsed are headed out for an over night camping trip. Tomorrow is opening day of spring gobbler season. They may be father and son, but they are also best friends.

Capt Rob and Amy are still working hard at remolding their new house.  Youth is a wonderful thing, Rob spends his days on the water and his nights working on the new house.  I know Rob, Amy and girls  are anxious to move, but I'm fearful that Rob is going to just drop in his steps from exhaustion.
Capt Rob and Amy (youngest daughter of Capt. Jim and Dall Burnsed) offer boat rentals out of Tween Waters Inn on Captiva 239 472 6336 "Beach Bum Boat Rental"
