Pete and Camilla Riggle of Indiana fished Friday morning with Capt. Jim of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team.

2 hours into their charter the wind kicked up and the rain came, Camilla said enough and so they headed in.
The Riggle's had a good time, and said they would be back during their stay, on a better day

 Congratulations to Capt. Jimmy Burnsed of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team, and long time friend and customer Patrick Field of Springfield, OH . Capt. Jimmy and Patrick have qualified to fish the Caloosa Catch and Release Grand Championship Tournament this weekend off Captiva Island.

In spite of the 25-30 knot winds today, Capt. Jimmy and Patrick were out spotting and catching fish.

Tim Schoffe and son Luke fished today with Capt. Jim Burnsed of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team.
Tim and Luke grabbed a quick father, son weekend visiting Captiva from Canada.

They had a great afternoon with Capt Jim catching
red fish, snook, shark and a really big sting ray.

An awesome coincidence.  Last night while talking with Tim he jokingly asked for a promise of "catching something really big"  I returned the banter by saying " how about a big sting ray"
 And Tim did just that.

Trick or Treating in Gatlinburg, TN

Capt. Rob McKay of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team and family have been on vacation.  Rob, Amy and daughters spent Halloween night in downtown Gatlinburg, TN.   Capt. Rob and family are returning  home today.
