Captiva Winter Residents, Dave and Joy Stuebe got out on the water for the first time this year on Friday Oct 7 with Capt. Jim Burnsed of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team.  The Stuebe's enjoyed landing juvenile snook and redfish from the mangroves in Pine Island Sound

Dr. Martin Van Cliff and daughter Lucy spent their first father daughter fishing trip with Capt. Jim Burnsed of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team.  Dr. and Mrs. Van Cliff  were  regular customers of Capt Jim , BC ("before children")  But this was his first visit since adding Lucy and little sister Phoebe to
their family.

Capt Jim said little Lucy was a real trooper and seemed to enjoy her fishing trip with Dad.
Lucy has invited Capt. Jim's grand daughters Abby and Carly  ( Capt. Rob's daughters ) for a play day on the beach this Saturday. The girls  are excited to meet each other.

Mr. and Mrs. Gravson  fishing with Capt. Jimmy Burnsed of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team , boated this nice Black Tip shark today.  The Gravson are visiting Captiva from England.  After fishing and enjoying time on the water with Capt. Jimmy last week,  Mr. Gravson called to say they needed a second dose.  Today was a perfect day, temperature in the high 80's with low humidity and lots of Florida sunshine.

 Fishing this morning with Capt Jim , Charlie Fredrick of Boynton Beach, Fl. landed these beautiful redfish.  Charlie is a former freshwater fishing guide.  Thanks Charlie for choosing Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team .

Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team - The Burnsed Family

 On a short 2hour fishing trip today Oct 3, 2011.  Three children and their grandpa had a great time with Capt. Jim catching small sharks. The Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team offers fishing trips from 2 hours to 8 hours, something for everyone .

Unfortunately Kids, Capt. Jim can not remember your names,  grandpa was Mr. Earl Easton.

 Fishing Sept 30, Tim and Michell, from Salt Lake City Utah had a great morning fishing with Capt Jim of the Santiva Saltwater Fishing Team.   Fishing outside Redfish  Pass  off Captiva Island  they were able to bring home the bacon....Grouper "bacon" that is.
We here in SWFL are looking forward to the fall like temperatures headed our way over the first weekend of October.  High 70"d during the day. Yeah !
